Feeling like shit

I had a fantastic day in the sun before I went to work today. A weekend of fun is only one day away. I have no exams to worry about, and next week's off from work. I should be thrilled. Then why does it feel like the sky is falling down on me? Allie the model has pictured my feelings pretty good here.
